Which GPS sends voice directions to bluetooth ear piece?

Have a question on GPS units, I am looking at both Garmin and TomTom bluetooth units. The expert at Best Buy said the bluetooth is only good for answering the phone not for getting the directions on my bluetooth ear device. I know the Zumoís do this but Iím not willing to spend that kind of coin. Does anyone know which units will send the spoken directions to an ear piece? Need to get one bought soon leaving in a few weeks on a ride to Florida.

Thanks for your help,

If you have an Iphone you could use the Navigon GPS app. by Garmin and it does what you are asking. Can't say for the others you are referring to but thought you might want to know about other options.

I have an HTC EVO, it sends GPS directions to my Sena SMH 10, but not my regular ear piece. You may want to take your ear piece to the store and check it out to be sure.

2010 FLTRX With Plenty of extras, goes by the name "Hardeshia"

I should have been more clear. Like dbell I am also using the Sena headsets and the IPhone works well with that setup.

I use a Garmin 765wt and have it transmit directions over FM. It also has a media player, which I make use of too. You can bluetooth your phone to the GPS too, but I use my Cardo Scala instead.

I bought the Iron Aces Iphone holder so I could play music. I also downloaded GPS NAV2 for 99 cents and its the balls! I will ride with my music on over the stereo then the GPS will lower the music gradually and the nice english girl will come up over the speaker and tell me which way to turn. Highly recommend it! The only drawback is it also rings when I get a phone call.....

Check the Garmin website. There is a section that will tell you which units will work with which bluetooth systems.

IE my Garmin1490 does not work with my Samsung Galaxy. Most of the others do though.

Go figure.

I have also used the TomTom and broadcast it over my FM
