Have the 11” touring from freedom with about 10k miles on my 16 RGU. Love the shield. I can say that it works well at least up to 105MPH. In heavy rain not much to get behind, but still doable and probably should pullover anyway. Would not go with a different shield. Customer service was great. They answered question quick via email and shipped in about 3 days.

Just ordered a freedom shields 12” sport touring in dark tint. Should have it in another week. Hope it’s as good as everyone says. I like the fact that you have some sort of trial run with it if you leave it wrapped in plastic. Will definitely be taking advantage.

I use their 14" touring, medium tint and it works well for me. This is my second Freedom shield and would recommend their product to any and all riders looking for a solid weather, rain, and wind protection screen. Plus, it is a good looking screen that just works well.

I have to throw my 2 cents about Freedom shields. After reading this thread I called John and left him a message July 8th after the 4th of July weekend, he got back to me later that day and I told him my situation about needing a shield by the 19th for an Iron But ride. Well he came though in spades, got the shield Friday the 12th with a week to spare. I just love to do business with companies like Freedom Shields who go above and beyond what's expected. Oh, about the wind shield, 12 inch tour in medium tint for my 11 fltru, and it's a much quieter and less turbulent ride than my 12 inch Klock Werks Flare. It looks to be at least a third thicker, very stout. Won't hesitate to recommend or buy again.
