Memphis Shields 6.5 on PRE RUSHMORE

Hi everyone... I have seen many posts about the Memphis Shields Spoiler 6.5 inch but all on Post Rushmore bikes... guess everyone has more money than me and can afford new bikes (I bought mine used last year)
I ordered one yesterday for my 09 CVO (Black Opague)... I will post a review of it once I get it an install it as there are no
reviews as I could not find any Pre 14 models reviewing it...
I have a 12 inch Windvest that provides fairly decent protection but I do not like the looks of it on the bike.
I rode last week for the first time with the CVO stock 5 inch and it was useless and will never do that again (I needed a full face in the summer heat)..
Hoping the MS Spoiler will be a nice in between compromise for the warmer riding months...
Anyone out there have a MS Spoiler on a 6.5 on Pre Rushmore bike?

Can’t help you out but I’m interested in hearing your review. I’m planning on it being my next purchase but like you most of the pics and reviews are for the Rushmore models.

Hi.. bought and installed the 6.5 inch Memphis Shades all black windshield this week... went for a 150 mile ride today.. all highway.. really disappointed.. again I have a 2009 CVO.. did 80+ pretty much the entire time.. with a half helmet the wind and wind noise was brutal.. forget about hearing the radio! all of the reviews were of the shield with the newer style fairing which is why I purchased it. it looks great and is a quality product (very thick).. if you do 55 or ride with a full face and want a great look this shield may be good for you, but will not work for me... again will probably work better on the newer bikes due to the improved fairing design. .if you are interested in this shield i would go a few inches higher.. full black is out due to DOT regulations... my two cents..
