Has anyone tried the 5" memphis shield? I dont expect that it would make a big difference but id be happy with some protection since its looks the best on a 19 rgs.

I put a 7" Long Ride recurve on mine it helped some. Then I put adjustable faring wings from eBay for $18. Then I crammed a short length of ac foam tubing between the headlight and faring this worked. However it blew out at 90+ into my face. It was like fighting a snake as it got caught up in the vaccum behind the shield.lol. I will find something else to block that hole, but this is where most of the wind was coming from.

We have rode with the 10” & the 6.5” Memphis Shades windshield & they are both great! Even the 6.5” makes a huge difference over the stock 6.5”. The Memphis Shades windshields are curved at the top which makes bugs & wind just rolled off and keeps it out of your face. Highly recommend any of the Memphis Shades!

I like the look of the 5" memphis and it worked well enough with the stock seat. I put a saddleman wall on the bike and it moved me up a little so i might go with the KW if i can find a used one somewhere. Does the sport shield really provide any down force like they say? I live next to the toll 130 in texas with speed limits at 80 and 85 a little extra down force would be awesome
