Need slack in Clutch Cable and Brake Line

Hey Guys, I am finishing installation of a set of Stretch Heritage bars from Heritage bars (13 RGU), and I can use a little bit of slack in the clutch cable and front brake line. Any suggestions on where I can get it from? Thanks!

Don't know the size of those bars but when I put on my 12 inch Malo bar I ran the clutch cable behind the highway bar it fits fine just its rerouted a little, the brake line I cut a wire tie holding the brake line and moved the tie back an inch or 2 its a little tighter but is working no issues

Here's what it looks like mid-job. The KhromeWerks Stretch Heritage bars are a little longer than the Heritage bars but maintain the shape. I found and cut the wire tie for the brake line and next I'm going to re-route the clutch cable as you recommend, thanks! I'll take pics before and after and post them later...

To re-route the clutch cable would have required complete disassembly, so I made a small modification to the plastic along the fork:

I was also having trouble getting the clamp tight, so I followed some other advice and drilled some access to the bottom clamp bolts:

I have the clamp bolts as tight as I dare go, and if I push down on the bars really hard they still move a little, any suggestions to secure them, like a shim in the clamp over the knurled areas?

Also, the start switch on the clutch handle is not engaging fully, so I have to start it in neutral. I checked the alignment and it's aligned properly with the left switch housing. Is there a piece missing?

Other than these minor nits, love the new bars!

I ended up ordering an LA Choppers riser clamp assembly LA-7415-01 that I found new on EBay for $79.95 (open package) and a set of Arlen Ness bushings.

My clutch interlock switch is not engaging with the clutch and have to start in neutral; any suggestions on this?

Thanks!
