Pre-install Brake/Clutch cables?

I am getting some warranty work on my bike and they have to remove the exhaust and clutch cable. My question to save time and money. Can I have them install the proper size cables(brake/clutch) to fit 14" outlawz ahead of time and save me some self install time? Will this hinder my ride before I actually do the handlebar swap. Thanks
