Help!!!!

I have a 2012 FLTRX with 10" Outlaws and sundowner seat. I like the look of the bars however I'm getting serious pain at the base of my neck and in between shoulder blades. I am 5'11 and I am wondering if anybody else has this issue or suggestions on new bars and height? I am not sure at this point if I want to stick with mini apes, apes, or drag bars. I am however trying to stick with stock cables and wires if all possible.

Had the same pains with the stock bars and went to the Heritage Style bars for a big improvement. I still wish the Heritage Style bars had less Pull Back as I think I want bars with a straighter grip style (less wrist angle).

Can you tell if its the wrist angle or the height that is giving you pain?

I think its the height. I had a slightly less form of pain and numbness with the stock bars but not its worse Im really thinking I need to go taller or more drag style.

With the help of a friend, set on your bike and close your eyes.
Next, hold your arms and hands where they feel comfortable....
Have your friend measure height, width, and pull-back....
Now take this set of numbers and cross match with the variety of bars
out there.....
This should give you a good starting point.....

I'll venture a guess you may want more height at
the very least....lots of people are enjoying the 14's.

I opted for some 16's, and could have possibly gone 18's.
