1-1.5 inch riser on 2018 RG

Hi,
Is it possible to add a 1 to 1.5 inch riser to the stock bars without having to change the cables and hydraulic lines in the handlebars?

Thank you
Dave

You want to add a riser, but not change bars.......... do I understand your ? correctly?

I don't think that will be possible without some modification to the instrument panel nacelle. As it is right now there is very little clearance between the top of the handlebar and the recess molded into the nacelle so that the bars can come through it. See the attached photo.

Ah yes. I guess will have to go to the slightly higher bars, I think the 12 inch. I'm thinking of installing a police seat with the shock absorber which will add 2 or 3 inches to seat height and will want to bring the bars up to keep a good reach angle.

Do your seat first to see where you sit. Then find out what bar height you want after.
