I had the 14" Reaperz on my 2016 and put the 14" F47 on my 2018. Similar in height, but I think the Reapers do run slightly higher. I had 12" outlawz on my 2013 and went with 14 on the new bikes because I wanted a littler more. The 12s were good, but 14 is better.
I like the looks of the F47 better, the curve is awesome. However, the Reaperz were more comfortable to me because of the narrower width. The F47 aren't uncomfortable by any stretch, but the Reaperz just felt better. If the F47 was any wider they'd be uncomfortable and I'd pull them and put the Reaperz back on. Quality on both is excellent, the F47 are easier to wire because of 1.5 vs. 1.25". I'm, 6' with pretty long arms, slouch when I ride and have a Corbin seat that moves me back and down slightly from stock. If your arms are any shorter than mine the width of the F47 may be an issue for you, I believe the 12" F47 are slightly narrower.
I still have the 14" Reaperz if you're interested let me know.
