Factory 47 12” Rivera installed

I installed the Rivera bars today on my 17 Road Glide special, it was an easy install being my first bar install, the TBW connector was a small one and I did not have to unpin it to pull it, the horse shoe chrome under the switch comes loose with a small screw driver to front, I cut one plastic tie to free up the clutch hose, wires plugged in without removing the tray, also installed the extended turn signal caps

IMO that is how the RG should have came from the factory. Nice.

I actually over thought this job before I did it, if your doing the same thing its really a lot easier than the videos online appear. No idea when they reduced the size of the throttle connector but I appreciated it

Great comparison pictures to stock. These seem about perfect. Address the wrist angle issue and adds some height. Seems that the width isn't too much either.

I'm going to give these another look.

NICE, bars look killer!!! Got a set of 14's on order as we speak. The smaller tbw connector came into play on the 2016's, unfortunate for me as mine has the extra large connector. I couldn't agree more with @BigBlockBobby , that's the way our bikes should have come from the factory.

Nice job!
And really nice looking Road Glide. I bought the exact same model year and color last month.

Ordered 12 inch FXR Division Motorwitch handlebars last week. Hope they arrive soon so I can put them on.

The fotos really give a good idea of the difference vs stock.
I'll do the same shoot with mine.

Did you have to disconnect the TBW connectors or did they go through the bars without disconnecting?
Seems like the hardest part to me.
