Heated grips or alternative

I’m wondering if there’s anything for 1.5 inch handlebars for heated grips other than white Harley offers? Something that would go on the clutch side and how to get it in or also the swaddle side saying that it’s so stuffed with crap the throttle by wire and all the control wires without taking it all apart and re-doing it again from scratch.

HM I had a set of Heat Demons but never got around to installing them.
Last winter I put a set of Harley Black Heated Grips and love them.
I do wear Heated Gloves in the colder temps but the Heated Grips come in handy on days when the temps drop before you are able to get home.

I just put a set of Avon heated grips on my 16', I haven't put power to them because I am waiting on connectors to plug into the stock Harley points rather than cut wires apart. They use a crimp to connect the wires, which isn't useful when the need to pull the bars arises. Avon site doesn't list a perch clamp that matches the RG's larger perch clamp, but I do believe they either have one or in works on one, you'd have to call them.

As for the install, the clutch was one small harness on the grip that pulls thru, three wires on the perch switch (hi/off/low) that also pull thru. the throttle side says to cut the wire used to plug in HD heated grips (I am going to get a connector to plug into this) and crimp the cut wire to the extension harness they provide. The end of the grip unscrews and there is a plug that plugs into the end of the fly-by-wire housing (just like HD grips). I plan on using the same power supply the HD grips use to power the Avon convertor using a connector rather than cut and crimp.
