Dilemma Choosing New Handlebars

So after some extensive searching around the forums, I seem to be having the same problem deciding that a lot of other people have had. I really like the look of the Factory 47 Signatures because of the 1.5'' bars, but the KST Renegades are like half the price, but they are skinnier and I do not like them as much. I'm having trouble justifying spending $250ish more for an extra 1/4'' lol. Not to mention the usual 12'' or 14'' debate i'm having. Just wondering if anyone had experience with the KST bars and had any input. I think I may go 12'' because I don't like the look of the bars towering over the fairing and I have a stock windscreen and seat, for now. I'm 6'1''

A 14” won’t tower over the fairing unless you have the bars pushed forward

I put the 14" KST 1.25" Outlaw bars on my bike and honestly they are plenty beefy enough. You won't even notice the difference unless you park right next to someone that has the 1.5" on and you look at the side by side. I had Vindikta Marauder 1.5" bars on my last Shark and I thought I would not like these 1.25" bars but honestly they look great.

As far as the height goes, I went with the 14" but wish I had just gone with the 12". I have pulled the bars back a bit to make the feel better but I would rather have the 12" and pushed a little more forward. It's personal preference and most will tell you to go taller than what you think you want but I am not of that mindset. I took that advice and it didn't work for me.

Same dilemma here between Factory 47 Rivera and KST Straight Jacket. The angle of the stock bars don't seem right for my wrists, and if I understand it right, the Factory 47 bars have a more correct angle. How are the KST bars with this?

I'm happy with the quality/fit/finish of the KST Renegade 10" I put on mine. The diameter looks like it belongs on it.

They're customer service is excellent, quick response.

The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.

For anyone interested, I e-mailed KST and got a call back almost instantly. Amazing customer service. They will have 1.5'' bars coming out in 3 weeks to a month or so. They look awesome. I will for sure be waiting, to me it's worth it to wait and give my money to a company with customer service like that.

The saying goes; if you make up your mind and finally decide on a height, go to the next size higher. (12” to 14”)
I know a lot of dudes that wished they would’ve gone higher after getting their new bars installed, myself included!
