CVO Bastard handlebars

Yup, us owners of the '15 and '16 SERGU bikes have lots of fun trying to find proper fitting bars for these bikes. Reason is the smaller clamp at the master cylinder areas. Here's a few pix sent to me via email from KW as I inquired about their Klip Hanger bars. Notice the smaller clamp around the master cylinders and you'll see what I'm talking about. KW told me if I wanted their bars, I can simply buy the new clamps/master cylinder setup from HD ($649 and then dealing with bleeding lines and etc )and they'd work without having a big gap between the clamp and the taper of the bars. That ain't gonna happen. Just another reason I have no use for KW. It's a modular bar. How hard would it be to make a dozen of those over the standard ones they make now? Toss a premium on those pieces due to lack of demand. I'd take them.

On to the next bitch. Vindikta. Ordered a set of bars last NOVEMBER. Still at the polisher and not done yet. Then they'd have to go to chrome IF he can find another place to do them. Cancelled that order.

F47, Yaffe and Wildone do not list bars for the bike however, I know they make them. It's just a matter of getting ahold of someone at any of these companies to get an order in.

Ok, end of rant..... for now.

Here's the pix. Notice how much wider the clamp is on the non CVO bike vs the CVO.

You ask me that's a stupid thing that the MoCo did. Should have made them the same.

Exactly. You couldn't take my bars and put them on your bike because the taper area on mine stop/start closer to the end of the bar by 1 1/2" roughly

The upside is you have more options for after market heated grips.

Probably had a bunch of those master cylinders on the shelf that they needed to use up...

When I changed my bars I used the old style clamps and got rid of the bulky/heavy newer style.
