Clutch adjustment Question after Bar Swap

Hows it going all? Just did a bar swap on my 2012 RGU and added a new extended clutch cable. While I was checking everything out I noticed the bike kind of lunges a bit when I put it into 1st from N. Do I have the cable to tight? I didn't do the primary adjustment yet either.
