The reason Id go with 14s over 12s on the F47s is enough pullback, not rise. Not alot of pullback on the F47...

I don't see how anyone can argue with "RoadGlide Clyde's" logic. ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! I initially had 14's on my bike and after a year or two changed them out to 16's

Personally I have 12 and I'm keeping them. But with the amount of people here that bought 12 then upped to 14, I'd say get 14 if your on the fence.

I'm 6' and I put Yaffy 14's on my 18 RGS and I love them. I did not have to extend any wires or cables.

14” All the way if your not wanting to change out your lines.

I had 13” apes but switched to 16”.

For me 16” are spot on perfect.

I changed all my lines and went black steel braided.

Good Luck

Had F47 12;s on my other Glide, height was perfect but a real consideration is your height and your seat and where they put you.
Look at all the measurements and compare what everyone is saying, F47.s were too wide for me as low speed maneuvers were unacceptable

I was going to do 12s originally on my 2011 fltrx but everyone persuaded me to go 14s , and I am glad I did spot on perfect for me I am 6 feet tall with a 32 inch inseam, so definitely go taller than what you think, that's my advice as well.

I had factory 47, 14"s on my 2018 RGS, I liked them. But I put 16's on my 2019 RGS and I like them better. This is my 3rd set of Factory 47 handle bars, good quality.
