2013 hydro cable needed for cvo bar change!!???

hey guys

Have a buddy that is trying to put 14 inch apes on his new cvo and cannot find a hydro cable since h-d thought it was a good idea to change it up from the 12s. I've seen pics of new 13s cvos with apes so I know theres a cable out there but cannot find it!

thanks!
