Hey Chief, the problem you're running into is that the Harley parts diagram doesn't list that bolt in the parts diagram. However I believe that the inner bolt for the turn signal stalk and the outer bolt for the turn signal stalk are the same part number. I'm assuming that you need the outer bolt?

Take the spare bolt you have up to the dealership and ask for HD Part Number 4816A. Then compare the two.

Hey Chief, I stand corrected. While the parts diagram for our 2015 bikes does not show that outer bolt, the parts diagram for the 2016 Road Glide does show that outer bolt. I'm not sure what the difference is between the inner and outer bolts, but the correct part numbers for the bolts are;

Turn Signal Stalk Inner Bolt - 4816A
Turn Signal Stalk Outer Bolt - 10200350

To be clear, the outer bolt I'm talking about is the allen head bolt that you can access at the rear of the turn signal stalk. These would be the two you would need to remove as part of the fairing removal procedure. Any dealership ought to be able to order them as long as you have the part numbers.

Illustration attached.

Hope this helps.
