New Lighting for the Rear

Hey RG brother and sisters,
Just added Custom Dynamic 8" plasma Rods on the rear of my RGS. I have them set up for run/break/turn. They are amazingly bright, both day and night. Defiantly brings attention to the rear of my Iron Horse. They are a bit pricy ( $250) or so for the Plug and Play daisy chain connectors and the rods, but well worth it. I watched the You Tube video on how to install and it was right on. Any questions give me a yell... I recommend them... peace out and Happy Motoring.... DAWG from MO....

I also installed the plasma rods set to R/B/T on my 15 RGS. It makes a huge difference. You could argue that it's a must have safety upgrade.

Put the 10" Plasma Rods on my 15 FLTRXS. Actually, every light on the bike save for the headlights is Custom Dynamics and I added the fairing mount turn signals. Good investment in safety!

I added the 10Ē plasma rods and tri-light during biketoberfest(install was free). I already had LEDs at the four corners from them. I had all those items on the old bike, and that is some of the first things I wanted done to my new bike.

Lights for Safety,,

Not only did I add the Custom Dynamic 8 " Plasma rods on the back of my RGS, but I have also added the Custom Dynamic's front and rear LED turn signals... the front ones with the Bright Halo are great for the front end. I like how they are white light and then turn Amber when your turning. I also have Bad AZZ lights for my engine compartment. So I have the sides, the front and the Rear of my RGS LITE UP... My wife calls the lights CHRISTmas Lights.... lol. but they are for Safety and Looks.. I TOTALLY AGREE with BUCKLISTHD,,,,, peace out. DAWG from MO.

I'm crazy bright on the front especially. Don't forget that they're trying to kill you. They are and they will not be deterred. The idiots still pull out in front of me. I can't imagine why they would want a supernova in their mirrors, but I'm happy to oblige.

I've been running the 10" Dual color plasma rods for a while now. Bike is lit up with CD front and rear...Just bought the saddle Bag mounted lights at biketoberfest, and need to install them still.
Also still need to install the XK Glow LEDs too.

Mastergunnera8, The Plasma rods mount up between the hard case saddle bag and the piece on the fender where the antenna comes out of. The Rods have a soft protection between the rods and the saddle bags so not to damage the paint. If you go on You Tube, Custom Dynamic has a complete installation video. I had my iPad set up on my bike when I was doing the installation and it worked out perfectly. I have a 2017 RGS So this video applies to that style of bike... ohh once you prep the area where the rods will be attached to with the Primer they give you... you let it dry for 3 min.. then start to pull off the backing on the tape on the rods and start to attach them... just remember make sure you have them where you want them because they stick BIG TIME and FAST.....no time to be moving them around if you mess up... so prepare and plan well ... just watch the video... good luck and enjoy them... DAWG out....
