Did A Little Baking

I decided I wanted to incorporate some turn signals into my headlight, and while I had it open I figured why not black the inside out as well. Here is a few pics. Here's the video. They are much more orange and bright in person. The headlights wash out the cell phone camera.

Mock up of turn signals. (switchback LEDs)

Shouldn't be any different. I did not paint over any of the reflector part of the light.

That looks pretty good! I wonder how visible that is from an angle rather than head on...
My favorite part is the security flash.

Just looking at it in the garage it is very visible from all angles. The only time it isn't is if you crouch down below the headlights. Then they are too bright and overpower the signals. I like the security flash too.

I got this idea from a fellow forum member. They're short $$ on Ebay. I drilled a hole for the wiring, but you can also run the wires through the bottom without drilling. Splice into the turn signal wires and you're done. Make sure that you splice into the side that allows you to remove the fairing.
They're white running, yellow turn. Visible from the front and side.
