Custom Dynamics

This company became full of themselves. So the other day I bought the turn signal eliminator, the promoter and I wanted the precut 3m tape for saddlebag lights. Put the order in and was told they don't sell the precut 3m tape for the lights just strips so I had them send me 2ft of the 3m strips which ran me $5 bucks along with the 3m squats to tie the wires to the bags. Well I never got it called them and explained everything well at the time of the call I'm told they do sell the precut tape for the lights and if I wanted them it will be 10 dollars and 18 for shipping wtf 28 dollars. What pissed me off more was that the other day they tell me no they don't make it and it would of been free shipping. So after all this I decided that I didn't want the turn signal eliminator and I I shipped it back funny thing is that that big box cost me to ship back 9 dollars and they wanted 18 for 2 small 3m tape. All I can say is ciro3d is going to get alot of there customers if they keep pulling these games

You'll be hard pressed to find any negative comments about CD, they are known for quality products and the best warranty in the industry ( Life Time ) The only light that is not CD on my bike are the ones on the crash bars, those are Ciro

I would have called back and talked to someone else, like the person who you talked to the first time. I hate to say it because i'm guilty as hell for doing it but no matter how irrelevant it may seem during a phone call.....always get a name. I will tell you that anytime I ever had an issue with something from CD, they bent over backwards to either make it right or put me in the right direction.

I've had similar experience with Ciro, one bag fillerz light was intermittent, sent them and email, they asked which side and sent me a new one.

Call & talk to the owner. He may show you some love. A ton of companies jack up the shipping cost to make extra $$ which is pure BS! Good luck.

I did to be honest with you she was a great help but ordering, and shipping department was defferent.

I understand same here I have also alot of CD but I felt like they helped more of there customers better a few years back. Again we all have expensive bikes we will spend 3 for $500 for lights and we won't even blink an eye so for $10 worth of 3M tape I wasn't complaining about it what ticked me off was that 4 days before that I was asking for it and they told me it didn't exist and I still placed $150 order and only to come find out 4 days later that they do have it but now I have to pay $18 in shipping and wait another four days to finish my project too when I could have got it 4 days earlier included into my free shipping I got all was because of someone not knowing what the company has or doesn't have and I went through three different people and mysteriously everybody was trying to help me out after I told her that I was returning the products

I called CD today to see if they had a replacement for a front turn signal that I had purchased a looong time ago. The signal unit still functioned fine but had lost four diodes on the running light side(turn still worked perfectly). Erin at CD had me send her two pictures, one of the unit showing the burnt out diodes and the other pic of the back side so they could be sure the replacement would be correct. Within an hour and half I received a call informing me that my signal was so old it was no longer being manufactured and they didn't have a replacement, so instead they were sending me a matching set of the newest generation signals. Very few companies in today's world operate like this! Thank you Custom Dynamics
