'12 Glide/'14 bags Ciro 40000 wiring

Morning gentlemen. I have a 2012 Custom with the 2014 and up single lever bags. I bought the correct Ciro 40000 extensions but having trouble with wiring. Disconnected and removed the 6 pin Molex that feeds the tribar from beside the fuse panel and routed it to the top to use the '14 and up six pin adapter that come with the bag extensions. Plugged it in and no power to the extensions. Made a diagram of the power feeds on the OEM side Molex adapter feed, as the OEM schematics don't identify what they feed (just the color) and am pulling the Molex pins out the Ciro jumper harness to reroute them to work, but cannot find a pin description for the 3 wire Ciro side. Don't know what happens to LED's if the power is reversed and don't want to fry them. Anyone done this before and have any advice? Thanks y'all and Happy Independance Day (kinda).

Where did you get the bags? You know of a cheap place to get a set?

Just make sure the LEDS are wired correctly. . Thatís the correct way to wire LEDS. IF YOU NEED A SHOP MANUAL HIT ME UP.

Came with the bike. Best places are eBay, Facebook Marketplace and most custom bike shops. Anybody that builds stretched baggers has stock bags laying around.

Problem 2, or 19, or 46... Made a diagram of the power feeds on the OEM side Molex adapter feed, as the OEM schematics don't identify what they feed (just the color) and pulled the Molex pins out the Ciro jumper harness to reroute them to work. Ciro jumper is ready for 2012 plug and play. Tested the bike before assembly and no brake lights. Checked fuse; blown. Replaced and tested. Still no brake lights on the TriBar. Tested power down to the 5859370 TriBar run/brake/turn light and module. Power in, no brake power out. Is it fried from the original miswire test (made schematics or original jumper and ground wasn't moved. Just light swaps)? Can it be tested before replacing or is this the test? And does anyone know why the 6 pin Molex has two constant 12vt. feeds? One is the running light circuit. The other? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, Jeff. Ciro jumper is ready for 2012 plug and play. I just traced em all down. Tested the bike before assembly and no brake lights. Checked fuse; blown. Replaced fuse and tested again. Still no brake lights on the TriBar. Tested power down to the 5859370 TriBar light and facia converter module. Power in, no brake power out. Is it fried from the original miswired jumper harness (made schematics of original jumper and I don't believe the ground was moved. Just light swaps)? Can it be tested before replacing or is this the only test? And do you know why the 6 pin Molex has two constant 12vt. feeds? I found a schematic that shows HDI running lights on one wire and DOM on the other. Sound correct (as it wasn't labeled for application)? Thanks again Sir

Are you talking about the main to rear interconnect harness

Did you know about this plug in the back under the tail lamp? the fender tip lamp is or should be open and not used unless you put fender tips on. #2 in the diagram.

Thanks Jeff. So yes, the #4 "main to rear interconnect harness" is what I unplugged, routed to top, and installed the Ciro jumper harness to. And my back end is a RG Custom, so it only has two side lights and fender bottom light, no tail light, hence no plug block (correct? Can't see one. Just has a rubber grommet thing thru the fender to the light bar). I ordered a module off eBay. Hope it works. All other lights, including Ciro lights work now. Thanks again bro

Light came today. Plugged it in... everything as before. Running lights, turns, no brake lights.
1) eBay light has the same shorted converter module as I suspected mine did?
2) Voltage drop at brake 12vlt. feed?
Is there a bench test for the module?
How can I test voltage drop without disassembling a molex connector to pull the pins out again? Thanks again
