Just dropped my bike off with Frank at Dragos today. Getting a 106 kit, 580 cams, Diablo Stage 2.5 heads, and porting the throttle body. Looking forward to 105 plus hp and 120 plus torque. He is really busy. It's going to be hard to wait for 4 long weeks to get my RG back and start breaking her in. Good thing I have a back up bike it it would be unbearable. Hoping to post a nice dyno chart in early June.

why did you wait so long to get the bike to him. if it was winter you wouldn't mind as muck. $ weeks isn't that long, really that's fairly fast. I had just my heads and cylinders out and it took about that long.
Go out and enjoy your other bike, the time will go by fast as long as your not setting around waiting for it.

Yes. Drago's is in Rockford, IL. I also saw Cheap Trick back in the day in Indianapolis.

Doug does this look like yours?? The guys got it all torn down. They took it of the lift. Need the lifts. With six lifts here and a very very full house of bikes with 2 more lifts on order waiting to come in and 4 guys working hard to keep up around here.

Doug,
Once I finish the heads will re-install everything back up on lift.
I will call you Monday on the front end and wheels tires and chrome forks you are looking to do also.

Yes and Cheap Trick there like Kings around here I wonder why??? They even had a big thing for them and the museum here.
Where you can see all of Ricks items on display.

Thanks FD

Thanks for the pictures Frank. Just got back from doing 500 miles on the old bike. Managed to dodge the storms without breaking out the rain gear. 40,000 miles and still runs nice. The Yamaha 113 is the reason I can't live with the stock HD power. Now it's down to two and a half weeks and counting:)

Man, 4 weeks isn't long at all, I've been down 7weeks now, and am cool with it... Rode a couple of bikes my builder built and very impressed with his work and CUSTOMER service... So, when I do get it back, that ear to ear grin, will more than make up for the down time, as yours will do the same for your downtime....enjoy ur new power... .....@Frank, when people worry about what your shop is doing, that's a good sign..... You must be doing something right...
