oil temp...how high???

How high have you guys run your oil temp, either accidental or on purpose??? I have a 2012 RGC and when my wife and I ride it's common to see 235 on the freeway and it's only the month of may...

235 is right where it should be and it will rise as the ambient temp rises in the summer. I have seen 270 to 280 before and never had a problem. I use to run a HD 6 row oil cooler which broke on me so it is in the trash and now I run a 10 row Jagg which is much better than the HD oil cooler.
Run a good full synthetic oil in the engine because it will not break down with the higher engine temps.

235 would be normal with the stock oil cooler. I run the Oil Bud Oil Cooler and on an 80 degree plus day my oil temp stays at 200 on the freeway and rarely goes over 210 in city traffic.
