Question 124; From Procharger to N/A ?

Like the title says I have a new HC S&S124 with a procharger and I'm wondering if I remove the blower what would I need to do to get something with a ton of low and mid range torque? Current set up is really soft down low and I really don't care that much for 198hp if I need to turn 6k to get it. Current set up makes 100 ft lbs at 2500 120 at 3000 and 162 at 5000. Can I get 140 tq at 3,000 without throwing a ton of money at this thing?

Some head work and a Wood 9F, is where we go when a client is looking for what you want.

An honest 140-145 hp and 145-150 ft/lbs coming in right off the bottom very agressively.
