new compensator in on warranty

got bike back with the new fix. compensator, little cup thingy for oil catch. pulled bike out of trailer yesterday and into garage. let clutch out and hear noise like something loose or chain slapping, until clutch is fully disengaged. what a POS drivetrain. anyone have this noise after fix was done?

Load it back in the trailer and take it back to them. This whole compensator BS has me pissed off. There really isn't a good design out there as far as I can tell. I just put the BDL compensator in and I'm getting all sorts of noises.

I think that the OEM comp does a lot better job of dampening noises then we realize. I just put a VulcanWorks sprocket on mine and have noise also and there are no moving parts to it. Like I said in the SE compensator thread it may be the tensioner im tempted to put the OEM tensioner back in to see if there's a difference. But for now I will turn up the radio and ride her hard!!
