North texas

Who are you fellas using here in North Texas for motor builds. Looking to build something big and reliable. I know s&s and the folks who make the motors but who are using to install them. Or if u want to build 1 from the ground up who's best to talk to here in texas.

I spoke with gmr today. Figured I'd speak to a few more before I make decision. But am new to Harley builds and Harley in general. All my previous bikes were sports bike. Last few were all done by Johnny cheese in austin. Changed over to Harley and I'm really enjoying the ride but I want more power and speed still. But also reliable. I've read what everyone is saying about s&s124 and a few of the others. I've just never personally seen anyone with one. To verify the reliability of one. Plan on taking trips from Dallas to Chicago Atlanta Florida etc so I want as much power as possible that will still be reliable.

V-Twin, Jud or GMR are all good shops that stand behind their work.

Lloyd at V-Twin has done two of my bikes, very happy with both of them
