Drive Belt suggestions

I have a 107 with 115 hp and 123 tq . Just broke the second belt in 3500 miles (HD) belts, has anyone used the Falcon belt??

I wonder what company makes the belts they use on the Boss Hoss, that might be the one to use right there....

googling I found this thread. looks like Gates makes em for Boss Hoss.

I had the same problem with my 2003 within 2700 miles and went to a zipper direct fit sprokets and o ring chain set up. So far so good.

I will check with a riding buddy he has a T man 124 that makes 134 hp and 140 tq he just broke his first belt at 11000 miles will find out what he replaced it with.

2012 RG Vivid Black,contrast Anarchy wheels,SE air cleaner,cobra tuner,Thunderheader ,diamond cut heads and clys,Fueling Reaper 574 cams,this is just a starting point.

Especially when you start putting big power through them, belt tension becomes critical to long life. Too lose is just as bad or worse than too tight. I'd bet you've been too loose, there's a lot of bikes out there with more power still running belts.

Thanks 03 Landshrk, I ordered that chain drive conversion today. I think that should solve that problem.

Just had my mechanic install the Zippers Performance direct fit chain and sprocket , couldn't be happier , he checked the alignment with a straight edge and the kit was dead on . Know more broken belts.
