octane boost

does it hurt a 06 glide to run octane boost in a 06 glide?

My Indy told me not to use it. He says it's extremely hard on spark plugs and is actually primarily for racing applications. I ran it in my 13 for a while before talking to him about it. We pulled the plugs on it and they looked like crap. Put in new plugs and have been running them without the octane boost and they still look like new.

2013 Road Glide Ultra, Rhinehart exhaust, Stage IV kit and more.

Bike should run fine without octane boost! I use to carry a bottle of octane boost when on road trips because you never know if you can get premium gas at some of the out of the way gas stops. But I only used octane boost for emergencies.

Why would you? unless you jacked the compression way up it makes no sense to boost it 91-93 is as good as it gets for most and higher will do nothing for you.
If you are concerned about your fuel system a little sea foam a couple times a year and sleep well you are good to go.
