pretty positive you can't reuse the stock pushrods. 99 1/2%. I'm going with SE perfect fits for my 259's.

You wouldn’t happen to have a part number would you? I found the measurements I was looking for and the stock push rods will not work with these cams. I’ll either go with Perfect fits or Fuel Moto adjustable push rods....whichever is cheaper.

Just picked my bike up and Holy Hell Batman! Couldn't be happier. Took off at a light and after leaving a nice black strip in the intersection I was doing 120 before I knew it! 3k is where the party starts and pulls well past redline. Torque doesn't seem to have suffered at all to me either. instantly noticeable sound difference at start up and throatier off the throttle. Can't imagine how it'll feel with some headwork!

Did you do .030 head gaskets with yours? Any dyno forms you can share? What tuner?

nothing but the cams! Did not dyno tune got a map from Fuel Moto for my power vision. Runs great no exhaust pop or anything. I'll do some auto tuning with it and throw it on a dyno to see where I'm at but the seat of the pants dyno is my main concern and it's happy!

The 255's are done at about 3k so for my riding the conclusion is I will not be happy.
While a compression bump and heads will wake it up considerably more I'm not changing anything else at this point and have been assured I'll feel a difference. I will report back with my results next week. Anyone want some 255's for the low low? lol
My ride is a 110, but started life as a 103. I dropped the Big Bore 110 kit in it as soon as I bought it. I had the SE255 cams, V&H Power Duals/High Outputs, SE Heavy Breather, and SEPST. I put it on the dyno and got the following on a straight dyno pull, no tuning on a canned map.

Max Power 97.12 bhp @ 4918.6 rpm, Max Torque 117.88 Ft/lb @ 3865.5 rpm

Last year, I put the SE259e cams into the same setup and got the following with a canned map.

Max Power 112.91 bhp @ 5633.5 rpm, Max Torque 122.78 Ft/lb @ 4122.6 rpm

Increase of almost 16 Bhp and about 5 Ft/lb of torque. It did move the curve to the right, as expected, but I do mostly freeway riding, so that fits well with my riding style.

Note, this is with the stock compression, not bumped up any at all.

Just curious, how did you go from 103 to 110, did you split the case for the bore, I've always been told the max without splitting the cases is 107. Also if you split the cases, why not go 117? Just curious.

110 is a drop in for a 103 now. Steel liner in the jug has a 4 inch bore, but fits the 103 spigot hole.
