May be hard to get any unbiased opinions on cams. Most people recommend what they are running if they like it. I don't have any experience with the T-man cam so I can't comment on it. I'm running the 475 and like it. I ran it first as a bolt in on my bike when it was a 107 and kept it when I went to a 124. It works well in either application. It's not quite the right side cam some people think it is. If you match it with a D&D billet cat or similar exhaust it comes on pretty early and holds a relatively flat torque curve. The Redshift 468 will hit a tad earlier but not carry out quite as far as the 475. Cycle Rama has come out with a new cam that looks promising (CR480), but it is still new and I've only seen one sheet on it. Sorry I can't give any input on the T-man cam but maybe someone here will have some experience with it that can chime in. To be honest most of the bolt in cams for the M8"s are pretty close in performance with subtle differences in when they come on and how far they run out.

It’s all a matter of choice. Ask a lot of questions yes even dumb questions read and do a lot on each one. Then look at peoples opinions that use each one and then look at specs. Then decide what meets what your seeking.

Now is the hard part.

Decide which meets what your looking for or looking to achieve.

"on paper," the Tman 216's intake timing specs indicate a better low end torque output.
it is also a shorter duration cam.

whomever is tuning your bike would be the best person to ask this question, because there are other factors involved in what you are trying to attain.

intake, exhaust, cam, are all part of an equation with which your tuner has experience.
he's also responsible for giving you what you want, and should talk you through the process...

Thanks for info Thats the reason im set on these 2 cams both work well if you up the displacement in the future no need to change cams again i think they both make decent torque in the lower rpm with my exhaust just looking for inf from people that use these cams i use fullsac head pipe with cvos with 2 inch power cores

So between the S&S 475 and the T-man 216 you chose the Wood 22X. LOL Of all the bolt in cams offered for the M8 there isn't a bad one in the bunch, you'll enjoy it once you get it installed and tuned.

I am having a 124 built right now. Thought about the S&S 475 for more low end until I seen a dyno sheet with the CR 480 and speaking with the builder. It seems to carry out longer in the rpm range with gobs of low end. I have only seen the Cr 480 sheet in a stock 107. It’s kind of an experiment putting it in a 124. Should be tuned this weekend so we all will know. If your thinking of going bigger cubes later the S&S 475 would be a great choice. I am know expert I just read a lot and ask tons of questions. I am going for max torque in the 2800-3500 range for touring. Not an all out HP build. I have not seen much on the 216.
