As it is now, you're getting nothing out of that throttle body. And with those cams, you're leaving some power on the table because of the restriction on the intake side of the head. Intake valve isn't open long enough.
Porting the heads and bumping up the intake valve size should be the next thing on the stage list for a 103, after deciding to go with power cams.
How you go about it up to you. Hand porting can be as good and better than CNC work. But it can also be worse. With CNC you know what you are getting.
It comes down to time and money. How long do you want the scooter apart, and what do you have to spend. Its going to be upwards of a grand when you get done. And you'll be needing a set of high flow injectors to feed that throttle body. Plus a fresh tune. Fast turn around is two weeks plus shipping time. If you go with off the shelf heads, its a Saturday job.
