Hey guys,

Does this shoe look worn to you guys? I donít want to pull the whole thing out to see the other side if itís good.

Not a great angle but looks bad to me. Can you pull the shoe back and show the surface? Also - and I could be wrong about this - I remember reading that the inner shoe is likely to be worse than the outer.

Iím looking at the fuelling hydrolic tensioner to replace the whole works with a new high output oil pump.

If it was me and I had it tore down already I'd replace it just to be on the safe side.
You apparently believed there was a problem that's why You checked.
Go ahead and replace it.
Better safe than sorry.

I agree. Headed to the east coast next summer and my friend hasnít been in there in recent memory lol. Figured Iíd take a look and see. Figured at the mileage it would be close. Ordering parts now. I have the fueling plate Iím mine. This one is the same year as mine.
