emergency tool kit

Hey RG

I bought my first HD RG a couple weeks ago. Its a 2012 with a years warranty left. My question is what are tools that I should keep with me when riding. Im coming off of a streetwise so im sure its a bit different than what I had on that thing.

what's a Streetwise? you'll want Allen wrenches,torx,SAE sockets/wrenches,and a 10mm for sure.I'm sure others will have more to add.

Like was mentioned before, a credit card & AAA Road Service. That's what I carry.

And don't forget a medium size LED flashlight so you can read your credit card and/or AAA card numbers when you phone for a tow after dark.

I was getting worried until I realized that you just saved the most important tool for last!

That's a very extensive list .... do you own a doomsday bunker as well? Your tool kit far outweighs my mechanical ability. That looks like the list of tools my father would have carried, of course he was an excellent mechanic.

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!” - HST
