Kuryakyn Chrome Universal Helmet Lock

Has anyone bought the Kuryakyn Chrome Universal Helmet lock J&P Part: 133-401? If so, what's your opinion?

Haven't bought one..but it would be like the ones on my old Hondas or Yamahas.....nice to be able to lock up your helmet if you don't have a tourpack on.

2012 RGU Custom Red
Too many options to list!!

I don't know if it's still an issue but their chrome would rust quick on the few products I've tried. If someone wants my smelly old helmet bad enough it wouldn't stop them.

I have one on an old sportster and it hasn't rusted or anything , works fine. I've never had the need on the RG though , I just put my shorty in a bag.

I installed one for my wife on her 1998 Dyna. It worked as intended. When I sold her '98 a few months ago, I left the lock on the bike and gave the buyer the key.

I bought this one from the dealer. So far it holds two full face helmets and attaches to the right side crash bar without the helmet touching the ground.

I put one on my RG on the right bar in front of the saddle bag. I used a piece of black leather underneath the mount so it doesn't scratch the Hwy bars.
