Mustang lid covers

I made the mistake of buying a set of lid covers for my 13 RGC at the Mustang trailer in Laconia. I threw them in my bag and figured I would put them on after I got back home.
When I got home, I saw that they gave me the wrong covers. I called Mustang and they told me they wouldn't do anything for me because I bought them from their travelling show and not their permanent location. They said I had to bring it up with their travelling show. I called the number they provided several times and left messages but I never got a call back.
I will never buy from Mustang again.

I bought a set and love them. Keep my lids protected nicely. I am sure you can sell them and recoup a good chunk of your change and then get the correct covers.

I bought a mustang seat at Sturgis one year, for my wife's bike, and by the time we got home it put too far forward. The phone call we made they said the same thing. Basically too bad. My wife then wrote a letter to Mustang and let them have it. We received a letter with return instructions and paid return stickers. So you might try the pen and not the phone. For the pen is mightier than the sword.

What we have here is a failure to communicate
