Aftermarket Tourpak, OEM plate doesn't fit.

So I bought an aftermarket king tourpak from a member here, didn't include the plate so I bought the OEM plate for that year tourpak. The first 2 bolts (up front) fit in the holes, but the other posts don't fit or I need to drill holes to make it fit. Did anyone else run into this issue?

Just drill the holes so it will fit, common occurrence that I personally wouldn't consider to be a problem.

I drilled holes in the plate rather than the Tour pack.

Sorry I wasn't clear, but I agree with you.

Seems I'd have to drill into the tourpak where the small posts are located. If I don't then it'll sit uneven in the tourpak.

I don't remember on my Mutazu King tour pack but on my aftermarket Razor tour pack I measured carefully before I ordered one...as there are multiple different sizes available. My razor has the little rectangular inset area for one....the badge I ended up getting was adhesive backed and fit pretty well.
