They have complete headlight units for short money these days. I would look into those.

Just did this to my 2006 Roadie last year. Also got them from Fuelmoto, quick turn around and reasonably priced. All plug and play, hardest part was putting the fairing back on after I did the install. Took a few tries aligning the back bracket with the hooks in it. Patientce is a definite virtue, just line everything up close to original position.

Bought a set on eBay for $149.95. Fairly easy install. Super bright.

I have been looking at these: Harley Road Glide LED KIT, HARLEY LED HEADLIGHTS, HARLEY ROAD GLIDE LED LIGHTS
The ones previously listed above put out 2500 lumens, the ones I listed here indicate 4000 lumens, though it's much more expensive than the others considering that sale.
Not sure if it's worth the extra $ for the additional lumens or not?

If you really want to go all out, JW Speaker has the Adaptive Headlight for your glide. Those are slick as hell. Real bright and fill in the dark spots when going Around curves and leaning. Buddy has one on his street glide. I like getting behind him, that thing lights up the road.

I just installed the Eagle lights.com version of a Daymaker and man is this thing bright and looks great, got it on a sale price too, think I paid 224.00 shipped, had to play with it a bit to get the bezel on but used my stock one instead. Also they offer a lifetime warranty can't beat that. Check em out.
