Beard lift/updraft

So on my 06 I am getting updraft that pushes my beard up into my face. The bike already has a deflector on the top of the forks in the fairing so it's not coming from there.
I feel like it is coming from the bottom of the fairing between the crash bar. Ordered these but do not fit in the right spot the snap on crash bar and snap to the tank bolts. any suggestions on something that actually works

This company makes them for many different years.

I do not have a beard but I do have these on my bike. I can tell a difference in the wind coming up across my chest when they are on. Another nice thing about them is they simply snap into place, so they can be removed easily to get all the bugs and debris off when cleaning the bike. And the plastic is pliable enough not to snap at the slightest bend; in other words not like the plastic trim around the ignition switch.

Yessir.

Alot of people here have used a Madstad windshield with good success with buffeting on the 13 and older glides. They are ugly, yes, but hear nothing but good things

I have a 15 inch LRS that is great for front turbulence but this updraft is driving me nuts.
Only need this ride for a few more years then it's a trade in when they run a blue book sale.
