Any idea on how to mount these saddlebag fillers!?

I just bought these used HD color matching saddlebag fillers on EBAY but I have no clue how to mount them. I’m not sure if any additional components or hardware is necessary. Any assistance or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like they're not for your year. If you look at my bike you can see the mounting points. What year is your bike? Mine is a 16.

As has been said, those are not for your year. Not to say you can’t make a mount, but they won’t bolt right on.
