Your favorite aftermarket accessory

I recently pulled the trigger on a '19 RGS in Industrial Grey Denim...hold your applause, and I've been looking at everything from air suspensions to center stands to stretched bags and handlebars. Problem is... I'm about 8000 miles and about 4 1/2 months from her. In the meantime, I wanted to see what everyone's opinion was on THEIR favorite aftermarket accessory, whether it was one you wished you had installed first or the one you most recently installed. I've got ideas but I like seeing what others have done. Pictures and reasons are welcome, I enjoy hearing the "why" aspect of things.

On my 2018 Fltrx my favorite aftermarket accessory is my police shock absorber seat and Ohlin rear shocks. The stock seat is too low and kills my hips (from having my knees higher than my hips) after only 100-150 miles. On my police seat I was able to do a Saddle Sore 1000 (1039 miles in 18 hours) and felt good enough to ride another 150 miles the next morning just for a fun ride.

1. ÷hlins rear suspension - wish I would have done that Day 1
2. More comfortable seat - went with a Russell Day Long custom seat. Donít know that I would go that route again because of the expense. But Iíve used it on three different bikes, so I guess Iíve gotten my moneyís worth!
3. Taller windshield to keep the bugs out of my face - Went with Freedom Shields Touring.

Suspension!! If I were to go back in time, that would be the first thing I would get. They are expensive, but night and day difference for me. Then handlebars.

For Ohlins go with Smarty, he is your best source.

I got Legends front and back at Shark Week IX (Plan the trip to Shark Week X in Gettysburg PA) and it was a wow moment when I was riding back from Sturgis to Deadwood.

The stock bars are the worst. Matter of fact after I rode the bike home from the dealer I didn’t ride it again till I swapped them out.
