Dakota digital gauges info

For those who have or might get a Road Glide with the RDRS system, Dakota Digital Gauges do not currently support that added feature. I like their gauges and gave them a call and was told, as of now, they have not been able to get a bike with that option to get a setup done. I was told to give a call back around the first of Dec to see if they have been able to develop a setup for the RDRS.

They do work with the RDRS. Just have to have them reflashed.

I had them on my last bike and really like them. The new set up they have, IMO, are even better. If I remember, you have the GTS radio with the retro harness?

I have a friend that went that route on his 18 Glide and he already had the digital gauges. The radio would not completely work correctly, as an example, he could not set the clock to the correct time.

He called the company that sold him the harness and they told him they had heard that a couple of other times from buyers of the harness(they already had digital gauges). He purchased the GTS from his local dealer. Now, he may of gotten a bad radio from H-D. It might be a good idea to call them to make sure everything will work if you install the digital gauges.

I am not saying anything is wrong with their retro fit harness, just making a suggestion.

Thank you for the information! I will be sure to check for compatibility.
