Rear Breake feels like it needs bleeding

5000 miles on the 2011 (with ABS) Rear brake feels soft - ie pedal travels further downward but can still cause the ABS to engage if I push hard enough. - if i pump the brake once it engages the brake quicker. I bled the brake but no change in the symptom - anyone else with this issue? Did i bleed it incorrectly? (pump the pedal, keep pedal depressed, crack open the bleeder valve, close the valve, release the brake pedal)

Really!? no comments/pointers on this one (besides learning how to spell brakes)

That's how I've always bled the brakes but that travel does seem to be a bit far. Have you thought about using a bleeder tool?

With ABS, you may just have to use a bleeder tool. There was a rumor that an HD shop had to bleed brake systems with ABS, and then I know I saw some posts saying that it was in untrue, and that they had done it (on the front after installing bars/cables etc.). Hopefully someone will chime in here for ya with a tech tip.
