Brake light

Front brake lever won't engage break lights all of a sudden. Rear brake engages the break lights. Any suggestions? No changes to the bike.

Broken switch more than likely, the nipple that is activated by the lever have a tendency of breaking

I was thinking that but wasn't sure how that could've happened.

If the nipple on the switch was broken the brake lights would be on all the time. I'm not sure if there is a fuse for the front brake switch. I broke the tip of my brake switch and didn't realize it until I couldn't get my cruise control to engage and then a friend riding behind me said my brake lights were on steady.

Yeah good point. My cruise works and my rear brake still engage the brake lights... What about the brake switch at the rear of the bike? Does the electrical line run through that?

pull your lever off and see if you can manually activate the switch, sounds like the plunger has gotten dirt in it or maybe cocked side ways and it isn't extending.
