So the question becomes what is blocking that connection? If you have a Garmin Zumo not an HD Road Tech ( they are both made by Garmin, but HD has brand specific software in it) than I would look at what you have for the audio out from the Zumo? You know the 2.5 jack on the Zumo setup? Are you using the 7 pin Harley headset connection If so than there is a connection issue between the Zumo and the HD headset because the HD headset doesn't have an interface with the audio out for bluetooth on the Zumo, that is the issue as I understand it. Try calling Garmin 1-800-800-1020 and ask for the zumo guys, maybe they have an answer, or the HD guys, since it is their system that isn't working.
