Looks like the P&A fuse # 3 spot, 15 amp

Pull the fuses until you lose power. Or do it the redneck way, ground out the lighter and see which fues blows.

that fuse has blown out a couple times on me, got caught in some solid rain both times. guess a couple drops got inside the plug and grounded it or whatnot. anyhoo, keep an extra or two in your saddlebag!
