I've installed a lighter in the glove box and I'm wanting to know if I can tap off existing lighter ? I was going to use the extra wire coming off the headlight, but it looks like it will be needed for the day maker.

U can tap the existing lighter or you can use the headlight lead. Either way will work. If u want to use the headlight lead u can just add a couple of pigtails in case u want to add the day makers later...

I put power ports in both glove boxes and still kept the lighter functionable. I made a wiring harness that came from the lighter power to both power ports, because I don't use all 3 outlets at the same time the exsiting fuse works well.
