cross under pipe

Tryed to change out the exhust to day for my new fuel moto pipes. Got to the squish pie an that was a no go. Gasket turned to mush . Of course shop had to order a new one.Any body else have this happen? Aline every thing and thightenback to front RIGHT??

Use a tailpipe expander. Makes things really easy. I ruined two crossover gaskets before I figured it out.

You can get one really cheap at Harbor Freight.

JayKS is spot on. Is a real bitch of a job without the expander but works like butter with it.

Expander then put new gasket on the Jackpot "spigot" and slide the crossunder on after.

thanks a bunch guys that was what i thought was going to have to be done, Used those a lot when i was a teenager trying to do duel ehaust with littel or no money. LOL. thanks for the part number also.
