HD Website For Your Bike

I saw this on another board. Gives you access to parts catalog and other info. Just register and go.

Songman and Cali-rider like this.

not just your bike, you can look up parts for other models, and owner's manuals, as well as wiring diagrams. there's a bunch of other stuff, but you have to 'subscribe' and subscriptions are only available for overseas.

the trick is when you are at the vin entry page is to click on home, then sign in as an 'independent operator'

I understand the concept of reality, but find it too confining for a way of life.

Skratch turned us on to that site a while ago. Good info you can't find anywhere else. What's puzzles me is not having access to the service bulletins. Anyone know why those are always so closely guarded and seem to be available only to dealerships?

Like Skratch said, no access to "the other stuff" if Stateside. If you try to read the service bulletins you'll get a pop-up that says "You do not have a valid subscription to view this content. Only Independent Operators in the European Union can purchase a subscription.
Click here to purchase a subscription."

Clicking to purchase a subscription generates another pop-up with this note:

Note: The tax amount is calculated based on your country and business status in accordance with EU laws.

Period (can select all, 1hr, 1day, 1week, 30days, 1year, Indefinite)

Scope (can select all, single model, single model year)

Anyway, Good post and good reminder.
