Premium Latch installation

I installed the Premium Latches on the Tour Pack (2011 RGU) and the installation was was simple enough but the lock isn't working now. The hook won't engage the catch. There is one small and useless picture in the manual. Anyone else run into this problem when they installed the latches? Anyone have a decent picture of how the catch is supposed to be oriented when installed?

I only put on the premium hinges on my 13, so canít help. But just looked at the website. Looks like it might have better instructions on the website.

Just out of curiosity, are you attempting to install the premium latches on a chopper tour pack? If so put a rubber oring around the lock mechanism between the inside of the latch and the tour pack. This will change the angle of the latch to allow the hook to engage. I ran into this problem but it was a chopped tour pack, which isn't what these latches were designed for.

Removed the thin washer that sits between the lock (key housing) and the Tour Pac. That fixed the issue.

This is good info, just picked up my premium chrome hinges and latches yesterday for my chopped pak. Thanks!
