May be another issue. Is the bike in neutral? If not, it may be the neutral safety switch on the clutch side since you said you changed the bars.

Did you remove the ignition switch? and if you did is it lined up properly?

Rest assured, its probably something dumb that may take a bit to find. Check all grounds and make sure one didn't pop off while changing the bars. Did you by chance use wire extensions? If so, the problem could lie there. You probably already did this, but go back and recheck all connectuons. Keep at it, you'll find it.

Make sure ALL of the pins in each and every connector you touched and pulled apart is in good condition and not bent. Yes it can happen and it will drive you fucking mental trying to figure it out. Sometimes you can get a lil over zealous putting the connectors back together and will bend just one tiny lil freakin pin that will give you a nightmare of a time trying to diagnose it. Believe me it happens

Got it fixed two wires in the wrong hole on the 12 pin connector. Something easy as most had said. Thanks for everyone's help.
